I was the assistant secretary to the Wayne Hills High School's Counseling Department, where I performed several duties. My main task was to transition the department from paper-based records and set up digital records to ensure that the department would be fully digitized. I leveraged my knowledge of various Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.) to troubleshoot technical issues within the department and streamline future projects. Though the position was initially for the summer, I was asked back to work throughout the school year.
