T.C.S. installs, programs, and upgrades audio/visual equipment, including, but, not limited to;digital projectors, IMAX, RealD-3D, and Dolby Atmos and THX sound systems, and theater specific fine tunes them, builds corresponding integration boards, installs/replaces 3D and 2D screens, portholes, and seating, including the new recliners, and motion seats, aisle/wall lighting, sound proofing, and front end with wide/standard auto cue side or top movable curtains in theaters, planetariums, opera houses, and stadiums all over the world. They also provide repair, trouble shooting, and maintenance services to existing systems. They are self contained, being able to operate securely in many challenging environments, such as third world-nations. The owner of this company started in this field tearing tickets when he was 16. .Though we build and remodel On the Border, Buffalo Wild Wings and Chili's restaurant chains, Velero convenient stores and Starbucks,all nationwide, I am mainly responsible for remodeling grocery stores owned by Kroger. I inventory all decor and order missing or damaged items. We demo the old decor, move entire departments within the store, (often without having to de-merchendise the shelves), paint, stencil, and hang the aisle markers, dept. decor, hanging and wall graphics to the new package, I also construct the changing rooms for the new clothing sections, as well as remodel bathrooms, food prep areas, meat, seafood, deli, bistro, bakery and all other departments. I coordinate with the area Pharmacy Mgr, to schedule all subs and work to be done within the pharmacy as quick and convenient as possible.This includes the new consultation rooms being added as well as the MinI-Clinics being introduced to some of the larger stores. All the while maintaining strict adherence to local and state health codes, and safety issues that are specific to remodeling grocery and retail stores while continuing to stay open and serve the public.We work closely with Kroger space mgrs, and often work right along side their crews. I am also responsible for conducting weekly safety meetings, and include a copy of each meeting agenda, signed by all who attend with my monthly reports, along with all equipment safety inspections. I am also responsible for keeping all job costs on, or under budget,and maintaining a strict schedule set by the Kroger Project Mgr. and Space Mgr. I represent Ehrlich.at weekly progress meetings to present progress reports and report all issues that need Kroger approval,ie; addendum's, additions, unforeseen circumstances, and possible solutions to said circumstances.Every month I prepare a report accounting for expenditures, scheduling concerns, man/hour justification and any safety concerns and complaints by store and dept mgrs and tool and equip inventory.

Though I do not use this as my primary income source, I use it to sub-contract from T.C.S., and a hobby, I always keep it open for opportunities to be involved in something challenging and original. And of course it never hurts to supplement income. I sub-contracted to lay the ceramic tile, install shelving, frame and finish new walls, and hang and install audio/visual equipment in Family Video stores nationwide. At times running 2 crews while maintaining my primary source of income. I have also been lucky enough to execute many custom remodels, where I was able to be involved from concept, to completion. Including project planning/managing with client, helping them with acquiring funding/working with insurance adjuster, advise on asset allocation for best property value/investment return being priority, but also giving the home owner what they have envisioned. I have designed and crafted many home theaters, bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor living areas, but, only if they are challenging and original.Preferring to do most of the work myself, I do have a core group that help on major projects. I was lucky enough to get to design and remodel a kitchen, dining room, and bathroom with trains running overhead on a suspended track. It includes hand=crafted scenery and tunnels that cut through walls, and bridges the distance between cabinets over the sink, with all wires and controls hidden.I had the privilege of building the bridge myself, and helping the owner pick out the cars and decor adjusting the suspended track accordingly.

Managed all customer warranty and service issues in the state of Ks.Took the call from the customer, made the assessment, wrote up work order or contract, ordered the material, assign to a crew to install, then either close the file or invoice customer. Managed the crews that dealt with such issues.I did the hiring. firing. disciplinary issues, kept track of hours and kept them under the overtime cap. Also made sure that lead safe practices were adhered to on new job sites were applicable.

I was General Manager for a Lumber yard that also had a truss shop and hardware store. I was responsible for the day to day duties of running all three. Which included, but, was not limited to, inventory and ordering of new stock, employees, taking orders for trusses and processing them through the CAD system, setting up the saws and jigs and presssing them.

Managed the crews that were responsible for the Coastal Mart account, a nationwide convenience store chain.Bringing new stores up to A.D.A. standards, remodeling old stores or adding to them, obtaining the required permits, sub contracters, lodging and lumber accounts in those towns where I had crews working. My work on the Air Capital Coastal Mart was published in "Convenience Store Monthly" when I was 24.
