Training Resources Group, Inc. is an employee-owned organizational development and training consulting firm that empowers organizations dedicated to creating positive change in the world. I have supported several clients including USAID/Center for Education, USAID/Conflict Management and Mitigation Office, the US Forest Service International Programs, the World Bank Group, the National Institutes of Health, the American Chemical Society, the National Institutes of Health, and the North American Association of Environmental Educators.I provide the following services: (1) designing online, in-person and hybrid trainings, courses, workshops, webinars, conferences, and other professional development opportunities; (2) facilitating meetings, events, retreats, trainings, and other events, (3) strategic planning - conducting stakeholder and focus group interviews, writing and refining mission and vision statements, goal setting, and building a culture and system of accountability around those goals; (4) professional coaching for career and personal growth; and (5) organizational assessments.

I teach two courses: Education for Peace and Conflict Resolution and Education for International Development. I have also taught the following skills institutes: Nonviolent Action and Online Training Program Design.

I helped build and lead curriculum development and educational design for USIP's Global Campus - an online learning platform that teaches critical peacebuilding skills. I was also the host and producer of the Peace Frequency podcast series.
