The watch provides discreet support for falls and medication reminders, features a speech interface rather than buttons, and with the battery system in the band it doesn’t need to be removed to charge. Practically a cellphone on the wrist, when in need of assistance the customer would speak with our 24/7 monitoring center through the watch. The operator has emergency contact information and a GPS location of the wearer, and is able to ask specifically the nature of the situation. Sometimes an ambulance isn't necessary and one of their emergency contacts can be contacted to help. Unlike Apple’s emergency response approach that goes directly to 911. Assembly and shipping of the watch and accessories is all handled in our Austin office. Show less
