Originally an e-commerce business only (www.nacaps.co – a self-developed online store), we now have a retail outlet in Maerua Mall as well. Being very passionate about quality, I served on the Quality Assurance Centre of Excellence (QA CoE). Wanting to drive the discipline forward to uplift internal skill sets throughout the company, the team is responsible for the planning and conducting of internal training (both on-going and for new hires), general research and administration, ensuring knowledge spread, reviewing and refining processes and the supporting of QA’s within the company. In June 2012, representing the QA CoE, I additionally served on the overall Centre of Excellence (CoE) to help ensure synergy between the various disciplines and respective CoE’s within the company.
