Current• Incorporate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.• Conduct thorough pre- and post-employment checks to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.• Generate accurate and timely reports related to employment records, including but not limited to new hires, terminations, and employee demographics.• Serve as a point of contact for external inquiries regarding employment verifications and references, providing prompt and accurate information.• Create, maintain, and regularly update personnel records in accordance with company guidelines and legal requirements.• Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation programs, ensuring a smooth and comprehensive onboarding experience for all new employees
