Shelter’s ambition is to create unique dining experiences in Geneva. We have designed, developed and operated three locations to date: i.e. Alma, La Esquina and Khora restaurants. These projects have bolstered my understanding of the challenges facing the entrepreneurs that I guide each and every day.

I held several positions with UBS in Geneva and Dubai during this period. I began as an investment specialist working for wealthy individuals and families, but also worked as a private banker in the Gulf region.Lastly, my role as a wealth manager consisted in boosting our impact with our Dubai- and Oman-based clients. In so doing, I was tasked with launching partnerships in investment banking, management, trade finance operations, aeronautics financing and private equity management.

Being drawn by philanthropy, it was natural for me to begin my career by opening this door. Here, I managed the group’s social corporate responsibility projects and met with some of the most inspiring people of our times. This experience taught me a lot on both the professional and human front.
