To Responsible for Defect free Availability of Gears & Shafts for Transmission Assembly as per Tractor Plan and Leading Machine Shop Module equipped with more than 100 Different kind of Advance Machine like CNC, VMC, Broaching, Shaping, Hobbing, Shaving Grinding and SPM Machine.• Responsible for the Development, Implementation and Maintenance of Procedures to improve the Productivity and Quality of Gears & Shaft, Achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) & Key Activity Indicator (KAI) and reporting to Transmission PU Head. • Responsible as a TPM Champion in Transmission PU for Deployment of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).• Responsible for Improvement Customer Satisfactions, Supplier Quality, Vendor Development. Manage all Corrective and Preventative Action Activities for Both Internal and External Non Conformity.• Responsible for Quality Management System ISO TS 16949, ISO14001 and OHSAS Implementation.• Responsible for Six Sigma Training/Coaching/Mentoring and Leading/Managing impactful projects across Escorts Agro Machinery Group as a Six Sigma Black Belt Internal Trainer. • Responsible as a Cross functional Member for New Projects setup, New Product Development, FMEA, PPAP, Control Plan Trails and Implementation of Engineering Change.

• To achieve Department Objective like Production Target, OEE, Rework & Rejection PPM, Tool Cost and Man Power Cost etc, and report to DGM Production.• Responsible as a Member of Cross Functional Team for New Part Development, PPAP, CAPA, Process Improvement and Design Change Implementations.• Responsible for Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production Planning, Daily M/c Loading Planning and execution.
