I am a Research Scientist working for the total development of Silk Industry in India by way of carrying out research in the field of Mulberry Agronomy and Microbiology to bring a sustainabvle production of mulberry leaf as excallant feed for Silk worm Bombyx mori. I have developed an excallant recycling process of all the wastes available in sericultural farming as Biogas, Compost and Vermicompost which can bring down the consumption of chemical fertilizers in mulberry cultivation significantly. I have developed Nitrogen fixing & Phosphate solubilizing bacterial biofertilizers which have reduced the use of chemical fertilizers in mulberry cultivation by 50%. I have guided 4 Ph.D students leading to their doctoral degrees under University of Mysore in the field of Applied Botany and have a teaching experience of more than 20 years. I have published more than 100 research papers in both National and International level..
