On that basis we do enabled disabled acquirer banks in our portal. Daily Monitoring of AEPS (Acquirer & Issuers), IMPS, Micro ATM , DMT, Virtual Card, eKYC Transactions over SQL, Workbench & Metabase.Collaborated with development teams to design and deploy application patches and updates, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.Led the implementation of a centralized logging solution with Snappyflow, significantly improving incident response and root cause analysis capabilities.Developed comprehensive knowledge base articles and technical documentation, enhancing team productivity and knowledge sharing. Automated routine support tasks using Java, reducing manual intervention 7 increasing operational efficiency.
