Daily Monitoring of AEPS (Acquirer & Issuers), IMPS, Micro ATM , DMT, Virtual Card, eKYC Transactions over SQL, Workbench & Metabase.Collaborated with development teams to design and deploy application patches and updates, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.Led the implementation of a centralized logging solution with Snappyflow, significantly improving incident response and root cause analysis capabilities.Developed comprehensive knowledge base articles and technical documentation, enhancing team productivity and knowledge sharing.
