The Salesforce New Hire Team has to maintain a Service Level Agreement of 100% every week throughout the year. The NHT is also responsible for on-boarding any Salesforce acquisitions and Interns, in which an SLA of 100% is also enforced by management. My responsibility was to ensure that all SLA's imposed on the NHT were met.
