Leading on all marketing communications for the Qtel's FTTX launch, including, event marketing, activation, retail visual merchandising, digital, outdoor and BTL activities. Also leading strategy for creative concept and advising roll-out of IPTV.

Lead marketing communications, brand, concept, strategy and implementation for Qtel's consumer loyalty programme, Nojoom, which led to winning best brand at the Telco World Middle East Awards. Also assisted in refining the communications roll-out for Wataniya's loyalty programme in Kuwait. After executing a highly successful launch, my role evolved into Programme Manager, overseeing all the consumer comms, managing operations, assisting in partner strategy and recruitment, updating and implementing new and evolved business rules and system functionality.
