Have worked for over 30 years in Senior Leadership positions in the BFSI sector and specifically in the Insurance domain.I have experienced in setting up offices across large territories and building successful teams from scratch.I have also managed large and diverse teams that include administration, customer service, training, HR, finance, underwriting and of course sales and marketing. I had a brief stint as an entrepreneur when i started my own organization, Octane trainers" which was into Life skill education for school children, leadership training and transforming employees towards their career goals. Did this for four years and then got back into corporate life in 2015I have now decided to follow my calling and move into the creative space.
