 Upgrade the Agency from rentability D category to B category in less than 7 months, after 18 months go in A category. Although it was a modest location, a year after taking over it reached and stay in the top 3 quality agencies in the area. In 4 years the equivalent of 3 teams were promoted (12 colleagues) due to the results, the agency being considered a nursery of the main branch. I managed to obtain through logical arguments that a refresh of the image of the location is absolutely necessary and in addition I facilitated the extension of the surface by plus 50%.
