Leading growth across Retention, Monetization, and Engagement for Navi. In my current role, I oversaw a strategy shift from direct cashback to Navi Coins-based rewards, driving customer engagement and transaction growth. My team executed a scratch-card-based variable rewards system and launched assured coins on categories like credit card, bills, and merchant payments, helping Navi become the 5th largest player in UPI transaction volumes as of September 2024, surpassing Amazon Pay.My team is also leading the development of Navi Ads, designed to offer high-quality leads for merchants in the financial products space. We are inspired by models like Uber & Meta, with ambitions to generate 10% of Navi's revenue in 2025 from Ads. Additionally, we are also building Navi Money Manager to deliver spending insights and money-tracking solutions for India’s middle-class segment.

I lead the Growth Product team at Navi where my team builds acquisition & retention products to grow Navi, with a focus on Navi UPI.
