• The Challenge:The Australian region, the largest for Agility, required a turnaround in culture within its client-facing office. The role encompassed solidifying a new office culture, whilst onboarding our first M&A.
• Lead AU operations: optimize business revenues, marketing strategy, staff & client satisfaction, and ensure regulatory compliance in a highly regulated industry. 40 FTE, 35+ B2B Clients
• P&L responsibility for the largest region, including recommending and running annual budgeting cycles, identifying revenue growth and cost reduction opportunities.
• Lead the Client, Partner and Stakeholder relationships for the largest region
• Lead the development of a high performing team in the Australian business, including direct supervision of Senior Execs, Head of’s and Operating Partners engaged in the region.
• Lead the Corporate and Commercial function within the Australian business, including acting as the commercial leader for decisions relating to the Australian business and its clients

• The Challenge: A new region for the company, the challenges with this role were unique. Onboarding the company’s largest client, the entire retailing electricity sector of the country of Oman (5 companies, 500+.
• Lead delivery of regions anchor client, the largest project in company’s history, and the springboard for growth in the region.
