• Established a validation team responsible for the Global leadership, strategy development, implementation, and management of Cummins NRP Validation Engineering functions to support global product and manufacturing engineering;• Presented to CTO in global engineering meetings about newly developed validation strategy and implementation in our global plants. Created a new validation process to improve the effectiveness of project definition, planning, coordination, and execution. • Defined validation methodology for remanufacturing product and Integration of validation plans for NRP global engineering teams and Co-lead a Design for After Market (DFAM) project to embed the remanufacturing process to the NPI design review process to ensure new product/components are remanufactureable and backward compatibility.

• Developed a new rating and optimized NVH for Cummins Light-duty products to meet or exceed benchmark engines in the market for passenger car applications. Developed test procedure for Light-Duty vehicle driveability with AVL Drive. • Optimize Cummins diesel engine with the analysis-Lead-Design methodology for the Hybrid system and design new pistons to optimize combustion and improve fuel economy. Manage two engine test cells and two technicians to support multiple teams to prioritize and validate design change.

• As an engineer to understand and evaluate global and regional legislative trends for engine cert and dyno cert emission regulation and bridge the gap between lawmaker and production development. • Studied Particulate matter number measurement repeatability and productivity with AVL and Horiba system. This study laid the foundation for the Cummins Emission Development team to pursue the methodology and supplier for particulate matter measurement of Cummins Eu5 and Eu6 products.
