I’m thrilled to share the news of my enrolment in Mindstorm Studios Summer Program 2023, designed to offer an in-depth look into the world of game building. The program, stretching over 2 months is designed to cover fundamentals such as game design, programming & arts through extensive training sessions conducted by the leads of the studio. To understand the game building eco-system, we will be tasked to simultaneously build a game with the support of our mentors. To put learning into practice, all interns will partake in the Rookie Game Jam to ideate, design, build & submit a mobile game all on our own. Not only will this exercise expose us to international practices utilised by pros, but will help us understand the do's & don'ts of professional game building.

Activities like peer & shadow program will give us a chance to interact & learn from the leadership team at Mindstorm & experience what life feels like in their shoes.And to put learning into practice, all us interns will partake in the Rookie Game Jam to ideate, design, build & submit a hyper casual game all on our own.
