• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.• Assist in the recruitment, enrollment, and retention of students.• Provide accurate and comprehensive information to parents of prospective students to complete applications.

• Review and correct health records for an immunization registry. • Updating patient’s demographic information and adding required immunizations that patient have received.

• Screen and recruit respondents by making outbound phone calls about consumer related products and services for surveys conducted at our facility for research. • Administer testing of respondents in our facility.

• Receiving and handling all customer service and client contact by phone and email. • Responsible for all mail order service via inbound and outbound calls, to refill prescriptions through mail order service for customers.

• Responsible for the day-to-day verifications to ensure patient’s health care benefits are valid. • Outbound calling to verify insurance or utilize the database to validate verification.
