As a senior at Rutgers University New Brunswick, my passion lies in the world of computer science and engineering. I am currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science with a minor in data science, graduating Fall 2024.As the Center Director and Chief Hiring Manager at Code Ninjas Bridgewater (and previously the Green Brook and Hillsborough centers), I spearhead a wide array of critical operations. I excel in strategic personnel management, meticulously conducting the hiring, screening, and training of over 40 team members. Furthermore, I leverage my expertise in information technology and web development to successfully help manage the business's online presence, optimize SEO strategies, and manage web traffic.I also work as a Computer Labs Consultant at the Rutgers University Office of Information Technology, providing online and in-person support to faculty and university students. This role enables me to explore, diagnose, and resolve a wide range of technical issues, allowing me to apply my knowledge of major operating systems and internal and external troubleshooting tools.Many of my personal projects revolve around the concept of full-stack web development and user interface/experience design. I am well versed with front-end technologies including HTML/CSS and using frameworks such as Bootstrap for enhanced responsiveness. For back-end, I primarily work with JavaScript/Node.JS and Express. Furthermore, I have experience with Google's Android Open-Source Project, crafting mobile applications using Java and XML via the Android SDK, and unlocking, rooting, and installing third-party kernel software for Android devices via the Magisk framework.Beyond web and mobile development, some more niche interests I have include Discord bot development using DiscordJS, mechanical keyboard design and programming with Fusion360 and QMK, standalone application development in Java, cloud architecture and computing using virtual servers, digital graphic design with Adobe Photoshop, and working with ARM microprocessors on DIY projects.To learn more about me and my current (and upcoming) projects, please visit https://dashaputra.net.
