• Responsible for managing IDFC DC, DR & Branch Network.• Implementation, maintainence & troubleshooting of Cisco ACI, Nexus.• Responsible for configuration of Cisco ACI policies.Appliction Policies: Tenant, VRF, ANP, EPG, Contract, Subject, FiltersFabric Access Policies: Switch Profile, Interface Profile, Interface policies, Interface policy group, AEP, Domain, Vlan Pool• Firmware upgradation of ACI Fabric and APIC Cluster.• Nexus 9K/3K/2K device deployment, upgrade & configuration.(Port-channel, vPC, Double-Sided vPC,Fabric Extender)• Configuration and troubleshooting of Citrix NetScaler devices.(Vserver & Service Group creation, Content Switching, SSL Bridge,SSL offloading, Natting, Certificate upgrade on VIP)• Branch Router & Switch configuration, hardening, monitoring.• Responsible for configuring and troubleshooting DMVPN, FVRF, OSPF, BGP, BFD, STP, CDP, LLDP, HSRP, EtherChannel, Access list, Prefix list, Route-maps.• Resolving customer's escalated issues related to URL not opening, facing latency, freezing, specific applications not working, service interruptions etc.• Hardware related troubleshooting on Cisco Routers ISR 800/4K, ASR 1K, Cisco Catalyst Switches 2960/3750/SF300, HP Cisco 9K series.• Performing traffic migration in case of link congestion/choking.• IOS Upgrade of Cisco Routers, Citrix Netscaler, Wireless Acess Point.• Support for the DR Drill activities planned • Auto failover testing

Installation, configuration and administration of Switches, Routers and Security equipment. • Installation, commissioning, Troubleshooting of the network equipment Like Switches (Catalyst 3750 , Catalyst 2960 ) and Routers ( CISCO 1841, 800 , C1111 4P) and Fortigate Firewalls.• Hands experience on Switching - VLAN, VTP, Inter VLAN routing, HSRP, ether channel, Trunking Protocols and have understanding & detail knowledge on 3 Tier Architecture. • Strong hands-on experience on Network Hardware Cisco devices. • Primary resposibilities include support of current network setup. Includes routine maintenances, software and hardware upgrades , monitoring and troubleshooting.

Configuration of Cisco 800M, Cisco1800, Cisco 4321 series router. • Configuration of IP Static routing, Default Routing ,VLAN, ACCESS LIST. • Remote troubleshooting of routers through LAN/WAN. • Remote troubleshooting/Status identification of BSNL OFC Media. • Coordinating with customer for fault identification and replacement of faulty devices and installation of new devices. • Working on service tickets and closing it to avoid SLA breach. • Monitoring all router and customer server by NMS monitor. • Coordinating with BSNL authorities regarding media issue, IP conflict, IP Advertisement, Link commissioning etc. • Monitoring SLA reports. • Arranging vendors and coordinate with them for down calls for fault restoration • Troubleshooting MPLS link issue for PAN India connectivity. • Handling 6 State’s 650+ links of department of justice.
