Lead customer and product management strategy for all new R&D. Hired and managed Program Management across the company. Developed the go-to-market strategy for a high value carbon composite technology including defining the initial product offering, pricing, and sales approach and spinning the product out as a new company: Kore Composites. The initial product launch included fully customer funded R&D and millions of dollars of first year sales. Established product roadmaps for introducing the technology to L3Harris, Comtech, CPI, Tampa Microwave, AQYR, AVL, Cobham and more, most of which were realized within two years.Re-designed Sales-to- R&D-to-manufacturing workflow and implemented Program Management processes and software that reduced the time from initial customer contact to completed product launch by 3 months/project in a custom communications equipment manufacturer. Saved ~$250,000-$500,000 across 12 projects. Deepened and extended relationships with customers to bring in new products and development opportunities.
