In charge of loading and unloading trucks in the docks, and operating a forklift for the transport of large packages or items being shipped. Would sort and organize all types of packages and verify they were set up to go to the right locations.Would deal with packages and mail that was to be returned or needed to be rerouted, along with resolving unexpected issues or problems as they occurred.

Continuously checked the que for updated data collected by; appraisers. Questioned remarks or photos that were not consistant with appraisal or client request. Emailed appraisers for revisions on hardstops.Checked the AVM to make sure it was correct with the appraisers AVM. make sure that the comparables were accurate choices for the subject.

Responsible to answer incoming calls from customers for a variety of companies. Answered questions, addressed concerns, assisted with resolving problems that customers were experiencing with products or services. Processed Credit card applications and payments for Partners First Credit Card Company, set up appointments for hair and scalp analysis for customers interested in Hair Club for Men, and would promote services and sales for Identity Protectors.

Outbound sales calls to Sovereign Bank Clients in attempts to inform them of home equity lines of credit.

Include but are not limited to dishwashing, preparing the salad bar, stocking, cleaning bathrooms, trash removal, mopping, sweeping, busing tables, and closing the restaurant at the end of the night.
