Through my career this started on the designing side of a new product with the client’s satisfaction in mind, not only making sure all dissatisfiers were addressed in the design but also that all the proper satisfiers were in place culminating in finding out the right delighter in each specific case based on the service level agreement we had with a client. On the customer service side of my career, I have carefully analyzed customer feedback to see where there might have been an opportunity to improve our product and make sure the voice of the customer was heard.
