My responsibilities as an HR Manager included, recruitment, retention, evaluation, compensation, preparing salary, preparing sales incentives, managing weekly meetings, organising and conducting training, as well as managing and preparing all the legal documents.

Using Vjeo Design software, I was responsible to make a model that can be used for the local HMI inside one of the buildings of the Basra International Airport in a period of only one month.
