Fund Accounting Operation• Maintain SLA deliverables for Quality, TAT and Volume. • Working on TLM for cash, currency & assets reconciliations.• Verification with Bloomberg System for QC purpose.• Standardization of the current process working with onshore team.• Performing review on forecasted Cash Availability before delivering it to investment Managers. • Identification & enhancement of Process knowledge gaps within the team on a regular basis.• Ensure effective & regular participation in communication (mails, meetings & calls) with both internal & external clients.• Participation & take initiation in organizing team building activity.• Cross training A) Primary Process B) Back up process • Subject Matter Expertise: Develop domain expertise in area of primary process to progress from current proficiency level to the next level.• Timely identification, reporting and escalation of IT incidents.• Preparing / updating process and procedures (SOP) / control check list / MIS• Maintain flexibility & positive attitude at work.• Satisfactorily pass all internal / external, peer level audits /control and compliance reviews.• Ensure all risk events (including near misses) / Suspicious Activities are reported appropriately.• Adherence to Operating Procedures (SOP) with evidencing as appropriate. Ensure the Process Checklists and Daily logs are updated per defined frequency. Perform spot checks as needed.• Identify control gaps in your process and ensure Zero losses on account of control gaps / misses in the process for the whole year.
