** Safety labelling system for all European warehouses (CLP regulation)Objective : Installation of safety labelling system interfaced with product safety data system (that generate Safety Data Sheet documents) for all dangerous product containers. This tool has been implemented to answer on the new European regulation for dangerous substances starting from 1st of December 2010, and also to answer to all local requirements from 10 countries. This application has been deployed into 16 warehouses. Interfaced also with SAP for product data information.Results: Implementation for all site on time and on budget (150k€). Respect of new European regulation. Stop key in information, all labels are generated automatically. Same label format for all Europe. All sites can print any language for any product, so distribution is possible from all sites for a customer.** Archive old ERP for all European sitesObjective : find best solution for archiving data and documents coming from old ERP legacy applications (replaced by SAP). Understand and integrate all country legal and fiscal requirements to keep and respect the regulation concerning digital certificate and mandatory format in case of Audit. Creation of request for proposal on Legal / Fiscal part and on archiving solution system.Results: Definition of the common legal framework for all European countries that will be used for archiving all ERP. Common retirement plan and definition of archiving model to keep all financial data that will should be audited in the future.

Calculation and backup of the stock coverage of the distribution centers and the forecast accuracy (MAD/BIAS) for all promotional and standard products.Assessment= visualization of stock coverage at different hierarchy level (product/customer). Pilot the reduction of stocks and enhancement of the forecast quality.** Move the factory on lot management:Objective= Implementation of a quality tool (Labo-Lims) interfaced with JDEdwards and the pallet labeling system SSCC. Full traceability from the raw material until the customer finished goods.** Implementation of Network Demand (Manugistics) in France and Belgium:Objective = Implementation of a forecast tool interfaced with the ERP and global planning tool.Assessment= Automatic forecast projection with the algorithm « Lewandovski ». Integration with the CRM tool Siebel for promotional products, to enhance the forecast accuracy.

** CELINE (Retail)Objective: Merchandise Plan implementation with the TXT tool TXT Demand Planning. Collaborative system installed on 5 countries (France, Japan, USA, Hong Kong and Hawaii). Assessment: See the immediate impact of the sales volumes and prices when a promotion is launched. Reduce the cycle of the process to deliver a clean merchandise plan (save 5 days on the month) and reduce stock by countries (not estimated).** DELIFRANCE (Food and beverage Industry) Objective: Forecast, production planning and procurement planning. Pilot in France and roll out on 11 countries in Europe. Assessment: New organization implying the creation of a logistic department which undertakes the forecasts analysis for each country and ensures the feasibility of the production’s plans. Profit mainly on the stocks reduction (estimated at 15% over the first year).
