Same as previous position, just transitioned to a new employer name.

I have been in a long-term contract position at a large corporation for the past 19+ years. Heavily involved in designing and maintaining databases, mostly Microsoft Access, but starting to do more with SQL. Also created and serve as webmaster for a department website on a local intranet. Strong skills in graphic design and layout. I love to create and make things "user friendly" and prefer a lean, clean format. I enjoy teaching others how to use software such as Microsoft Word and Excel and showing them the cool tips and tricks available to help them do a job more efficiently.

Primarily responsible for operation of Computer Help Desk for 350-400 employees. Provided front line support for hardware and software issues. Developed training materials and conducted classes when introducing new software packages or hardware. Provided hands-on and telephone support.
