Organiser of both offline and online gigs (open mics and shows) while providing the budding talents a platform, for them to showcase their artforms and making them reach out to the art admirers. The artforms include Singing, Poetry, Story Telling, Comedy, Instrumental etc.

I have been the coordinator for a team of 26. I am the first point of contact for the alums trying to connect with the institute. Organised various events such as Alumni Connect Talk series, Dighir Ganguly Memorial Stall, XpectRM 2024, Margdarshan, XIMFare (farewell for the graduating batch), Orientation, Merchandise Launch, G2Gs, etc. Maintained cordial relations with the alumni through various alumni engagement activities.

Worked dedicatedly in the content and social media verticals. Assisted the Core Team in bridging the gap between alumni and their alma matter. Been a part of events such as XpectRM 2022-23 (the flagship event of RM Alumni Committee), Alumni Connect Talks, merchandise launch, etc.

Village Report (VR): Studied the catchment based on seven parameters, i.e, demography, infrastructure, livelihood, market, migration, governance, and culture.Conducted surveys of households through questionnaires, PRA Tools, and interviews.Collected Primary Data on the various dynamics of the villageDevelopment Project Report (DPR): Title - "Social Impact Creation through the concept of Swaraj" Contributed to the creation of social spaces for Swaraj Ashram and studied the fundamentals.Facilitated the organization in content creation of the different aspects.Strategized ways and discussed ideas for the Swaraj Development Project.Studied the mental models of "Jayesh’s Museums" and wrote descriptions for the models.Case Study: Title - "Study of the Social Status of Women from different hamlets"Conducted interviews and discussions to study the beliefs, livelihoods, and differences.Conducted Focused Group Discussions among women.

Worked as a Business Development Associate taking by successfully generating leads within a stipulated period.Applied Social Media marketing strategies to fetch leads.Acted as a facilitator between the leads and the organization.
