Supervise, analyze, and ensure the monthly monitoring and control of the budget and the execution of the financial resources of the Annual Procurement Plan to achieve the social and financial goals of the regional branch.Audit and control of the programming, contracting and execution of the regional branch through the analysis of key performance indicators (KPI’s) and action plans, ensuring the optimal development of strategic, mission-critical, administrative, and legal activities. Lead the team of the Annual Procurement Plan for the regional branch and its zonal centers, serving as the responsible party and liaison for the process at the national level.

Manage the organization’s economic resources through the forecast and handling of cash flow.Consolidate, approve, and execute the budgets of the proposals in the tenders presented at National and International level. Collaborate with other administrative tasks.

Prepare reports on findings, recommendations, and financial analyses to advise and provide support to financial consultancies. Draft and prepare documents and presentations to participate in meetings with clients and counterparts of the company.Collect, organize, and clean input information for diagnostics and financial modelling in order to structure businesses.

Carry out financial analyses for microentrepreneurs and follow up on their businesses’ development to evaluate their evolution during the project.Coordinate the field personnel in Barranquilla and Cartagena and serve as communication link with the advisors of the Fundación Mario Santo Domingo, ensuring the operationalization of the project.Review and prepare do-files to analyze administrative and quality information on data collection.

Perform credit analysis and prepare credit memoranda for assigned accounts to mitigate risk and reduce the operation’s uncertainty.Support the team of analysts by providing information, sector analysis, documents and the updating of client’s financial statements in the entity information system to increase the efficiency and productivity of the area.
