I have taking overall plant production planning and production control.

My job profile:-All Fractal Board Updating on daily basic like (SQDC).-Calculating OEE on daily basis for MAN, MACHINES & MATERIAL utilization.-KAIZEN activities To Improve Efficiency and Productivity.-Improvement on line 5S and safety activity.-Sop preparation and updating on line.-Planning and coordinating production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.-Develop process improvements to effectively utilize manpower, equipment and materials to maximize production.-Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions to reduce downtimes.-Manpower Handling & Manpower Planning to achieve Production Plan.-Monitoring hourly production / Productivity gap/defect analysis.-SAP using material checking, COGI , material movements, rejection punching.- Implement The Various Improvements on Shop Floor like VSM, KANBAN, HEIJUNKA, according to the skills on equipments during the shift.-Review Employee Suggestion and CIP, SGA Activities,-Review and Approval the Startup, FPI and PM Checklist-Ensure leave planning & overall line balancing,DVD (Detection and Visualization of equipment Defect) Review,-Conducting Layer Audit in lines for Implementation of systems,-Review and verify the all poka yoke systems.-Look after the daily production problems & updating the daily production in MIS system,Check the Availability of material in SAP system.-Attend the PPAP for the New Customer,Monitoring Cycle time and production KPI.-TPM Activity improvement line.
