Alien Affairs Sp. z o.o. is a Poland-based consultancy firm. We assist foreign investors to conduct economic activities in Poland. Our main tasks are registering a limited liability company (sp. z o.o.), monthly accounting, HR and payroll maintenance for a limited liability company, work permit and residence permit application for alien workers.

- Recruiting students to programmes offered in English at the Bachelor and Master levels- Coordinating with international students and counselling- Coordinating International Students Organisation uPoznan- Coordinating the International Students Mentorship Programme- Preparating and conducting inter-cultural workshops- Conducting career developing events and industrial tours- Organising study trips around Poland and Europe- Preparing and administering students satisfaction surveys- Promoting university's English programmes at the international level- Maintaining University's English Facebook Page (fb.com/uepoznanEN)- Developing and maintaining uPoznan's website (upoznan.com) and Facebook page (fb.com/upoznan)

- Corporate liaison, public relation and regular communication with existing clients- Analysing and learning individual Brand requirements- Developing and suggesting brand communication strategy in cooperation with Strategic Department and close cooperation with Creative Team while developing communication materials- Vendor acquisition and controlling brand materials production- Campaign activation, event management, internal coordination and occasionally writing copy in English and Bengali
