TCO, FGP-WPMP, 3rd Generation Plant, Systems CompletionWork Responsibilities: » Maintain alignment with other System Owners to ensure RFSU and RFO are delivered in a logical sequence according to the P6 plan.» Ensure the 4-week look ahead is accurate and captures near-term requirements before release to execution groups for the entire scope of the Area.» Oversee the 90 days strategic plan, ensuring it incorporates key operations requirements, reflects modified delivery requirements/sequences, and identifies developing risks and threats.» Work with planning to ensure the P6 plan accurately reflects changing conditions at the workface level, assessing impacts on the critical path or key strategic milestones.» Collaborate with Commissioning and Execution groups to assess impacts of delayed completion within the 4-week plan and establish mitigations if the critical path/strategic plan is threatened.» Act as a single point of contact for the respective scope Area, providing status updates, feedback, and information on overall strategic progress, issues, risks, and concerns through the 90-day look-ahead.» Lead weekly coordination meetings with Execution, Commissioning, Operations, ensuring alignment with the changing strategic landscape and reducing showstoppers in the 4-week tactical window.

TCO, FGP-WPMP, Gathering, Project Production ControlWork Responsibilities: » Working directly with Civil / Construction teams on process mapping, production scheduling, reducing variability, cycle time and batch size on construction sites, increasing throughput, reducing downtime, continuous improvements, etc.» Collaboration with multi-discipline and culturally diverse teams from different organizations to effectively deploy Project Production Control Processes, Lean Sigma and use Workface Planning support according to predefined objectives and strategies at the Future Growth Project» Implementation of “4 Levers of Productivity” program, which consists of Project Production Control, Workface Planning, Coaching and Lean Sigma processes for a given construction area according to predefined deployment objectives and strategies. » Identify opportunities for improvement using Production Control, WFP and Lean Sigma analytics.» Provide necessary coaching on creation and maintenance of a Performance Boards directly on construction sites.
