My role at RCIB I started in a sales position and spoke to prospects that have been online and had a quote as well as once that had purchased insurance. With purchases with personal line insurance a lot of details entered are incorrect but most people are unaware of this my job was to speak to the clients make sure details where correct and finalise there insurance. I was assessed on my calls like a lot of insurance companies are now and my average pass rate was 96% average requirement was 90%.Once I had done this roll just over a year I was promoted to training manager. At this point I would train all new starters on products and services. Once they where up to speed I would teach them how to use the system and enter data. I would also do a couple of practice calls to get them up to speed. The first week they were on the phone I would listen in and advise when I needed to.I would also hold training sessions on how to advise and sell an insurance policy as well as call auditing technique and new product info.

I have worked at performance direct since 2009 and have gone from a junior consultant to senior.I am a specialist insurance broker that can look at any kind of risk whether it's a kit car, motorbike, taxi or highly modified vehicle.I speak with underwriters on a daily basis to get rates agreed on bespoke policies. I Mainly specialise in Car, Motorhome and Home insurance.I really enjoy a challenge the harder the risk the more determined i am to get and beat that rate. Once i have acheived a rate by underwriting the best possible policy my aim is to sell the benefits of Performance Direct and gain the trust of a customer and sell it. I am always willing to help Junior consultants underitwrite there own policies.I always thrive on new and exciting challenges throughout my working day as i like to grow my own knowledge and apply that to my current role.

I rapidly exceeded my target of 4 new deals each day.When the Company moved to a bigger premise i was to install a network that would allow employees to access the Internet and make phone calls, while installing and maintaining a database.
