CyanGate is a specialized service and product company with a team of 50, dedicated to delivering Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions. I joined the company to spearhead the launch of a new iPaaS solution (OneTeg), aiming to expand our product revenue streams. In my role as Head of Product and Innovation, I have guided the strategic direction of critical SaaS/iPaaS products. I led a Sales Engineers team for an enterprise SaaS platform and reported directly to the Senior VP of Sales. As a North America Pre-Sales Manager, I lead the pre-sales effort in the US market in conjunction with the sales team and partners network in North America. ADAM Software, which is a Belgium-based software company, is trying to establish its presence in the USA. As a senior member of a Professional Services (PS) organization, I was responsible for implementing an Artesia Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions working with consultants, external System Integrators (SI), architects, and customers. I was responsible for conducting Business/Metadata analysis sessions working with technical staff to ensure successful implementation. In addition, I was also responsible for managing and implementing customizations which are not part of the core product. I created a new methodology process which is now used by all project managers.
