Began my career at Citocorp Overseas Software Ltd as a Help Desk in triaging tickets and gradually worked my way up into Operations. As part of the Operations team, I was responsible in the system administration of 15 servers on a Novell LAN consisting of file servers, Lotus Notes and backup operations of all the mid-frame systems including HP-Unix, VAX-VMS and over 450 workstations.
