CurrentMain in charge for Application Engineer for Furniture - Building Component• Resolve trouble shooting at woodworking factory• Provide high impact solutions to create value for customer’s products or processes by rolling out right adhesive or new technology.• Connect with Henkel Technical Community to update and apply Henkel's global product portfolio, new technology to Vietnam market. • Build a network with Material supplier, Machine company for gearing up woodworking technology.• Conduct training to internal team, distributors and customers.• Collect technical data, product performance information.• Run trials with the most professional preparation to have the ambition of a 100% trial success rate.• Visit customer for adhesive performance checking, machine evaluation, line auditing• In charge of key customers: applying excellent customer service skill whilst advice and assistance to customer; follow up forecast for building stock; identifying target customers.• Reduce standard cost of finished goods through by adjusting formulation, evaluating new raw materials or improving process, lead to WBA cost saving project.• Manage, update formulation for production blending. Lab administration and conduct pilot production, modify variable component before mass production.• Improve product’s formula to match market request and launch innovation from R&D Center to VN Market.
