• Directly resolve problems at footwear factory such as analysing root causes and report to Line Manager or customer.
• Audit in footwear factories: production line, mixing room, warehouse
• Adhesive: test new products before trade from R&D and rechecking products on trade when having feedback from Sale.
• Material: study the bonding process for innovative materials and rechecking materials for mass production of footwear.
• Discover the failure reason by simulating condition on the production line into Lab condition by do bonding test, hydrolysis test…
• Evaluate quality performance such as bonding, yellowing, flexing... of footwear products for Puma, Nike, Adidas, NB and other brands.
