Process And Production Engineer
-Module owner for NPI & NTI.-Work on Tool Installation & Tool upgrade.-Work with TD, QnR, Yield Dept to drive quality/yield issues, define root cause, CAs, PAs.-Responsible for developing DOEs, Statistical Process Analysis, Process Specifications, FMEA& Process Control Plans.- Responsible for Failure Analysis, Corrective Actions & create Process flow chart for newissues, new products, new technologies.-Involve with Technical Development (TD) to design Product Specific Inventory (PSI).-Evaluate product & tool performance daily, ensure quality robustness both NPI & HVM.-Defining maintenance procedures, partnering with Manufacturing to maintain theequipment with the highest standards.-Use High Precision Maintenance methods to execute & improve preventive maintenance ofthe equipment.-Provide basic & advance troubleshooting to manufacturing equipment including corrective& preventive maintenance.-Module Team Lead to work with other departments & other sites.-Apply LEAN, KAIZEN to build & improve processes.-Document owner & do training for new products, new processes.-Responsible as a module rep for internal & external Audits.
