Current• Develop and execute annual sales and business development plan to achieve the assigned revenue, P&L, market share targets.• Manage multiple customers' relations at all levels including Qualcomm direct licensees, government offices, carriers, local brands and global OEMs.• Manage design-in, design-wins and commercialization of projects with Qualcomm direct licensees.• Achievements:o Grow Qualcomm revenue in Vietnam 6X in 4 years.o Grow local strategic account, Vinsmart, from scratch to 20.1% market share, Top 3 smartphone vendors in Vietnam.o Advise and help Vingroup to develop international expansion plans. Collaborate with various cross-functional teams in Qualcomm and Vingroup to execute those plans. Result: Vingroup win contracts to supply 2Mu smartphones to AT&T in US. Until now Vingroup is the only smartphone company in SEA region to win contracts to supply smartphone for AT&T and US market.o Design-Win: the first 5G powered-by-Qualcomm smartphone “Designed and Make in Vietnam”, Aris 5G by local company, Vinsmart.
