Filling a IT Engineer I vacancy on the Network & Voice Services team, within our Enterprise Infrastructure & Operations Services division, I administered Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone System, Cisco WebEx, and Adobe Connect. Within my Microsoft Teams responsibilities, administered Teams Phone System with PSTN carrier services under AT&T’s Cloud Voice offering, hosted by Skyvera's Kandy, using Direct Routing. Worked alongside AudioCodes and AT&T engineering teams to transition our Teams Direct Routing Session Border Controllers from Kandy to AudioCodes Live Platform. Consulted and collaborated with business functional areas to serve business critical member servicing and government compliance responsibilities using Teams Call Queues and Auto Attendants. Configured and tested Microsoft Teams Rooms systems with Neat hardware. Analyzed and troubleshooted WebEx mobile clients’ interoperability with Microsoft Intune in collaboration with Client Engineering teams. Consulted other team members to maintain a compliant voice services infrastructure, such as guiding our team through DNS changes, and leading efforts to upgrade our Microsoft SQL Server environment. Assisted Cisco Unified Communications and Unified Call Center Enterprise-responsible team members with various responsibilities. Provisioned users for Teams Phone System. Performed, supported, and documented implementation of eSIM within BCBSM and subsidiary environments. Worked with vendors to resolve issues across multiple areas, including, but not limited to, customer service, cellular activation, and B2B support. Continued to demonstrate mastery in Entra ID & Intune enrollment and compliance. Performed enterprise-grade reporting to resolve differences between enterprise records and vendor records, and to reduce cellular costs to the organization.
