• Selling memberships-making the budgets for the hotel • Providing excellent, and professional customer services • Help to improve GSS score• Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and friendly environment in the facility and pool.• Touring for new members/guests • Manage and support all club staff, including scheduling, training, evaluation, performance management, etc. Maintain a presence at the facility. i.e. spot checks, check in phone calls, monitor time sheets etc.• Remaining thoroughly apprised and familiar with all ISM and client policies and procedures.• Training of all staff on daily club procedures including: emergency procedures, opening and closing routines, monitoring daily facility usage, completing incident logs, health inspection checklist, pool chemical readings, cleaning duties, and an hourly walkthrough protocol.• Make sure all pool operation and chemicals are within the Department of Health regulations / standards.• Daily attendance at the facility.• Constant communication with Directors and other AYS.

· Knowledge about Investment, 401(K), Health Benefit, Retirement plan, Elective Deferral: Pre-tax, After tax, Catch up, Roth, Loan, Hardship, Rollover, 59.5 Lump sum, RMD, partial, installments…· Ensure that all transactions are submitted in a timely and accurate manner.· Resolve all participant inquiries that require research or additional information by utilizing the appropriate resources and provide timely follow up as necessary.· Act as a successful team member by being receptive to feedback, coaching, follow all standard operating procedures, display reliability and have a willingness to develop and consistently improve.· Answer incoming calls from plan participants and provide accurate answers regarding defined contribution retirement plans, defined benefit retirement plans, health and welfare benefit plans or other human resource related services. These inquiries are handled by communicating in a clear, concise and confident manner in order to provide an excellent customer services experience in a fast-paced work environment.
