- Manage hosting infrastructure including traditional web shared hosting, cloud hosting (AWS, DXC/Azure)- Manage rule and customize setting on Cloudflare CDN, TeliaSonera CDN- Provide 24/7/365 support to customers in all regions (APAC, AMX, EMEA) - Deploying code, configuration on Azure App service, web hosting on AWS, Virtual machine- Configure or customize load balancer, SSL certificate and firewall security (F5, Application gateway, AWS ELB)- Backup, restore, maintain database in SQL server- Teamwork: Cooperating with others team to resolve request, issues of customers- Deliver supporting to Partner/Customer in Go-live activities

• Worked with HPE APM in customer services, handle customer inquiries, incidents of operations and implementation activities for international customers, mainly in Asia Pacific and Japan, but also customers all over the world (America, Europe, Africa and Middle East).• Performing troubleshooting analysis requests for technical assistance via phone, email, virtual sessions and any other form of communication in a timely, effective, and efficient manner.• Identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention, understanding business impact and priorities.• Employ HPE technologies and communicate them to customers with various technical backgrounds.• Document and report product issues and submit customers' enhancement requests.• Work with internal teams to find solutions to technical issues.• Following best practice ticket management processes, including ticket documentation, transferring, escalation and enhancement request submission.• Reporting to Manager
