Responsible for:- Managing the DMS Delivery Team, ensuring adequate resource allocation so that projects are completed in a timely manner- Assuming the Project Manager and/or Business Analyst role for projects to implement the DMS solution to various Wilmar branches around the world with responsibilities including but not limited to: > Gathering, analyzing and clarifying business requirements > Planning & overseeing projects timeline > Working as the main contact point of business requirements with internal customers to assess and confirm business requirements as well as system functions > Running workshops and training sessions(both remotely & on-site) > Conducting User Acceptance Testing, Pilot & Go-live > Preparing various documents such as Blueprint document, User Manual, Training document, UAT Sign-off document, etc.

Responsible for:- Managing the IT Business Partner team, making sure all the projects’ deliverables are completed on time with the highest possible quality- Assuming the Project Manager role for various key projects related to Sales and Marketing solutions such as Dashboards, E-commerce Platform, Coaching Platform and Distribution Management System, with responsibilities including but not limited to: > Gathering,analyzing and clarifying business requirements > Preparing requests for proposals and conducting necessary meetings to facilitate vendor selection > Developing project plans, goals, and budgets > Managing all phases of the project from start to finish and coordinating with all the stakeholders to ensure the projects are completed on schedule > Working closely with the stakeholders in analyzing, designing and testing the solutions to ensure they meet the business requirements

Responsible for: - Delivering presentations to clients to consult on suitable BI products- Producing interactive reports and visualizing client’s data using Microsoft Power BI per clients’ requests- Working with internal and external stakeholders on building BI proposals for clients

Responsible for: - Supporting data acquisition projects to on-board OTC pricing for clients- Building client relationship - Creating and delivering training sessions to clients - Monitoring and maintaining data content and technology
