- In charge of the assessment, evaluation and development strategy for the remaining potential of the overall project (consists of 04 development blocks plus appraisal area).- Development of reservoir simulation for fields using software such as Tnav, Petrel RE. Conducted detail studies for future investments such as infill well, work-over, sidetrack, well spacing optimisation, pressure maintainance plan. Collaborated with related departments to form FDP report - prepared a farm-work for future development.- Justified and supported Government to get approval programs. Achievements: - Completed history matching project that aligned simulation models with actual production data, improving forecasting accuracy and allowing for more precise reservoir management. - Introduced optimised well spacing, number of development wells, achieving cost reductions and benefit of total project.- Developed work-flow to evaluate uncertainty & sensitivity for development plan in order to mimise the uncertainties of future investment.

- Developed and managed work program, budget relating to reservoir studies and production enhancement.- Assisted senior engineers with simulation model set-up and analysis of historical production data for asset assessment and forecasting.- Conducted initial evaluations on EOR potential, creating preliminary assessments that provided a foundation for senior analysis.- Developed long-term exploration & development plan both clastic and basement reservoirs. Delivered inputs for evaluation of the Petroleum Contract Extension proposal. Achievements: - Worked with team to reduce production decline rate using well intervention strategy, achieved ca. 8% production higher.- Designed and brought - up 02 infill wells on-stream with good results. Prepared & submitted 02 RFDP to Shareholders and Government for future development plan.- Petroleum Contract Extension proposal was submitted to Government.

- In charge of the identification, assessment, and implementation of well intervention activities. Performed production modelling using Pipesim/Prosper to optimise production and technical proposals for well intervention such as additional perforation, water/gas shut-off.- Carried-out gas-lift optimisation for field (40 wells) which was lacking gas-lift supply and very high watercut ca. 90%.- Built and validated simulation model in order to evaluate and propose infill well locations, well design to optimise well cost and make infill wells economically.- Carried-out evaluation for de-bottle necking project. Worked closely with Production & Project Departments to maintain and find opportunities of increasing production. - Preparation for technical meeting, WP&B with Shareholders. Worked with PVN, MOIT to support the approval process. Achievements: - Identified under-performing wells, implementing targeted revitalization strategies that increased production efficiency. Increased production every years > 5-10% compared to the target.- Optimised reservoir simulation: in-house coupling simulation study which helped to improve model accuracy, reduced project time and saved costs by 100K $USD. Successful multi-lateral well design in simulation model.- Designed and brought-up 07 development wells on-stream with good results. Additional development wells was recommended and submitted to Shareholder and Government.- Collaborated in Back Pressure Reduction project: Played a critical role in the project, collaborating across teams to complete the project study

- Implemented started-up plan for first oil of a new field. Well performance optimisation for new wells & integration of field surveillance data into dynamic simulation model.- Reservoir simulation studies for a new field started-up. Identified/predicted various aspects of reservoir behaviour. Determined further development potential based on technical and economic evaluation.- Conducted 02 jobs of DST included design, monitoring and post job analysis. - Preparation for technical meeting with Shareholders. Achievements: - First-oil and brought-up on-stream 08 wells successfully.- Acquired sufficient dynamic data (PTA, PLT, PVTs, well connectivity) through long-term production test plan for a new field started-up. Completed simulation model set-up, validated and evaluated future development scenarios.- Successfully built dual porosity - dual permeable simulation model for basement reservoir.

- Acted as a liaison between headquarters and field teams, providing technical support on reservoir management, troubleshooting, and strategic adjustments.- Conducted reservoir simulation and forecasting & enhancing production profiles for assets.- Carried-out gas-lift optimisation by using Prosper Model for HST-HSD field.- DST design, planning & offshore operation and post job analysis for exploration well in Northern Vietnam.​Achievements:- Managed work program & budget for projects in Vietnam.- Prepared production targets and production optimisation for projects in Vietnam.
