- Responding to Saskatchewan residents emails about Saskatchewan Account and downstream services via emails and phone calls about troubleshooting account creation, account recovery, setting configuration, services setup.- Maintaining professional responses within 1-2 business days TAT (SLA = 5) and dealing with high traffic for the vaccination proof in the MySaskHealthRecord service.- Documenting response templates and system behaviors.- Routing inquiries to correct contact points or official sites in Saskatchewan.ca.- Creating video tutorials for the FAQs site.- Regression testing for new environment release and performance check for both PROD and UAT.- Keeping track of defects: regular check, escalate, follow up and verify.
