Act as a team leader using agile methodology to manage workload, outcome with a team of 4-6 members1. Self-service Business Intelligence for Agency Distribution:- Launch Data Model and Power BI for transitioning from manual extraction to automatic reports and dashboards.- Organize training session for users to build dashboard using Power BI with data model2. Business Intelligence:- Conduct ad-hoc analysis for short term campaign/contest or critical decisions- Build, monitor and maintain automatic reports and presentations to communicate the insights and findings from the data to stakeholders, which can help to monitor daily performance and decision-making processes.- Work with Data Engineer to build data warehouse, data mart, data catalog and setup pipelines to make sure reports refreshed on time and accurately.- Work with Data Governance to define CDE, KPI Portfolio and Business glossary.- Work with other departments to understand their data needs and inspiring the data-oriented culture and behavior by building data mart to use data effectively.3. Projects involved and Achievements:- Early Warning Signals: work with Business Quality and Risk and Compliance department to define and build dashboard for monitoring early signals and detect frauds, abuses from Sales and Customers.- New sales channel launching: build dashboard to monitor sales performance for new channel and implement to new platform for better users’ experience. - Data for Group Office AIA: provide data sets of all information from Agency Distribution channel including: productivity, manpower, compensation, training… to build dashboard for Regional and Head Office usages
