I feel so lucky to work in department of Home Affairs, Van Lam District People’s Committee (Hung Yen Province). This position gives me general view on how entities such as local authorities operate, regulate and govern the society. Therefore, after this period of time, I sharpen my logical thinking, communication skills and broaden my horizon of knowledge, especially in administration.
