- Searching and sourcing suitable candidates through LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Indeed, etc.- Proactively source active candidates and passive candidates through multiple channels and connections.- Cooperate with Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify the most suitable candidates.- Source candidates for both IT and non-IT roles and responsible for the hiring process.- Outreach to new leads for the initial contact and keep them posted with the update from the hiring team.- Present weekly data to keep the team informed of the hiring situation.- Increase the hired rate of the HR team by 60% compared to the same quarter last year.- Collaborate with cross-functional team members in different territories to execute hiring plan and build local relationships to drive results.- Hiring across the offices of the company (Singapore, Malaysia, Russia, United Kingdom, Hong Kong and remote candidates from Philippines, India)- Reporting directly to Global HR in the UK.
