* Driving a mobile chapter of 15 members responsible for building a digital banking app, including onboarding, card, payment, profile management, transaction, overdraft* Architecting the app's foundation from scratch - Modular architecture, core functions, reusable components, native libraries, third-party integration, developer toolkits, continuous integration and deployment with the E2E process.* Build a Back Office of 4 members responsible for building a customer relationship management system with NFlow - a low-code platform including onboarding monitoring, case management, and customer 360 monitoring.*Responsibility for keeping high-quality apps - Pixel-perfect UI/UX, app security, app performance and scalability.* Build a reconcile tools, payment with Napas, Mastercard *Support Onboarding new user from zero to 10,000 user. Aiming for 1 million customers by the end of 2024* Accounting for the hiring process - Screening, interviewing, evaluating and hiring. * Building development process and team culture fit.
