At framas, with the purpose to assure good quality of printing product from sample stage to mass production, my duty is to develop and set up the Quality System, Process and Product for PrintingSupplier. Firstly, requesting and supporting supplier to establish a clear responsibility andauthority for each employee with Organizational Chart, Job Description, then building up ProcessFlow and its interaction, SOP for operating process, SOP for checking product; alongside withmonitoring chemicals within approval chemical list, A01/RSL test to control heavy metal indecoration product and MSDS to protect the health of workers. Secondly, clarifying together withcustomers for the critical points of quality, then determining with supplier key parameters ofprocesses that may affect to quality. Thirdly, analyzing and evaluating the limitation of technologyto quality and delivery time to decide whether there is a need for improving this issue by supplieror negotiating an agreement for limited release with customer. Fourthly, training framas QC andsupplier QC how to check process and product (visual and Lab test) in a proper way basing onSOP. Fifthly, managing the daily operation of printing supplier by the reports (data and defectreason) from framas QC and Supplier’s Quality Department to have a quick response for correctiveand preventive actions. Ultimately, implementing a regular audit monthly or an unannouncedaudit to vendor to assess the effectiveness of Quality System and also to find out the potential risksof processes that may cause for printing product at framas or shoe factory.Furthermore, I am a member of ISO team at framas with purpose to promote and strengthen theefficiency and effectiveness of Quality Management System and Environmental ManagementSystem following ISO 9001 and 14001:2015. To support for this, I also obtained Internal AuditSkills to ISO 9001:2015 - TÜVRheinland Certificate in 2017.

Design and Development PWB (Printed Wiring Board):+ Rectified & improved current design, then converted customers’ data into FCV’s format by CAM / Auto CAD / Genesis software so that it was used for artwork film, imaging, drilling & routing+ Tested the data on sample boards to evaluate, enhance quality, capacity & cost2. Document Management:+ Controlled and updated internal specification & work instruction+ Person in charge of ISO 14001 (Controlled and trained Significant Environmental Aspects for BPD Section)
